Jessica Diaz is a dedicated Marketing Journalist and Graphic Designer with over 10 years of professional marketing experience. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Marketing at Southern New Hampshire University, she is also minoring in Political Science. Jessica's passion for storytelling and design shines through in her work, as she combines her expertise to craft compelling narratives that engage audiences and drive results. When she's not writing or designing, you can find her exploring the latest marketing trends or advocating for social change.

Jess has been working in the gym and wellness industry for 10 years now as a facility manager. Naturally, she picked up marketing along the way. As an artistic individual, Jess has an eye for graphic design and user interface design. Jess holds two Associate degrees, one in Information Technology and the other in Web Technologies. She is on staff at Crystal Coast Wellness and Performance, Crystal Coast Cancer Rehab, and Anytime Fitness Morehead City as Marketing Director. Jess is actively expanding her knowledge base by continuing her education at SNHU in the Bachelors of Marketing program. During the gym shutdown of CoVID, her former boss credits the idea and implementation of Facebook Live Group Exercise Classes for saving a 30,000 sq. ft. community fitness center enabling the gym to reopen and thrive in the following years.

Her husband, Dustin Q Diaz, is a Disabled Navy Combat Camera Veteran. As you may know, they create commercial videos for local small businesses.

Jess is also a certified Running Coach, Race Director and Yoga Instructor as well. Her and her husband love to live an active and healthy lifestyle. She is super passionate about running, particularly trail and ultra-running (longer than marathons). Jess even accidentally won 3rd place Women's at Spartan Trail 10k in Fayetteville, NC in July 2021 and got a cash prize and a huge trophy! After years of dreaming about it, she have recently taken up paddle boarding and enjoying paddling and floating at home on the Southern Outer Banks of North Carolina!
